Tainan Immigration Family Association, Tainan Sunyoung Organization and Tainan City Hall celebrated the early International Immigrants Day with the new resident and their family at the Family Education Center on Nov 24th.
Family Education Center has designed “Five Love Words” to teach family members about how to communicate with each other. It is encouraged to speak more positive words and have belief in others as a mean of applying Pygmalion effect in real life. Zhang Bing Ying, manager of the Family Education Center praised all the family member who came here on that day for willing to contribute to their family relationship
The event has many fun activities that involves family participation, such as DIY photo frame, cooking. At the end, all the participants took their family photos under the trees and put the photo in their DIY photo frame to bring back the best memories.
Huang Wei-Cher, mayor of Tainan, has always supported the family learning project. He stated that family education is a starting point for everything. The relationship between kids and their parents should be maintained by communicating with each other. By making use of the five love words, he hopes that family members can love each other more and have the healthy, harmony atmosphere in every household.
