The blending of Taiwan's traditional performing arts and traditional crafts with cross-border modern fashion is the main conception of the "2023 Taipei Fashion Week" theme. The opening spectacle was relocated this year for the first time to Tainan's historical monument "Nankun Nidai Tianfu" (南鯤鯓代天府). The main show will take place at Taipei Songshan Cultural and Creative Park from March 24 to March 29. Activities relating to fashion week this year will take place from March 22 to March 30.

"Respecting Art: Traditional Performing Arts and Traditional Crafts Crossover Fashion" is the theme of Taipei Fashion Week 2023's opening presentation. To mix and blend cutting-edge fashion aspects, traditional art performances including Bajiajiang (8 generals), Taiwanese Opera, and Shadow Puppets are merged with models on fashion show.

The main event of Taipei Fashion Week 2023 will start on March 24 in Taipei Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, featuring exhibitions by students in fashion design colleges.
Additionally, relevant events and exhibitions will also take place in Shih Chien University Library, Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf, and the fifth floor of the Far Eastern SOGO Fuxing Department Store. Please visit the official 2023 Taipei Fashion Week website for additional information about the event.
