The course contents include water safety skills, basic skills training, self-rescue courses: floating, standing, jellyfish floating, and back floating. It is hoped that through the design of the swimming and the water safety education program, it will provide opportunities for parents and children to learn together, make them feel closer to each other, guide them to have good interaction, and strengthen their family functions.

Participants are based on "family" units, with 2 people per family (1 adult and 1 child), and 10 family members in each class. The location is the swimming pool of the Kinmen County Stadium. Participants are grade one to four elementary school students. Each participating child must be accompanied by a parent to join. Parents need to accompany their children to learn together, and they must also comply with swimming pool epidemic prevention measures and regulations.
