On September 15, the "2023 Taoyuan Shopping Festival" (桃園購物節) began. As long as they have receipts issued by stores in Taoyuan from August to November with a sum of more than NT$300 and log in online, they can take part in four lottery events. Up to NT$15 million in prizes are up for prizes, with a vehicle worth 1 million as the top prize.

The Taoyuan City Government stated that as long as the public makes purchases at a registered stores or digital sales channel in Taoyuan City from August 1 to November 30 this year. With a single purchase amount of more than NT$300 in receipts, they can go to the "Taoyuan Shopping Festival" official website for registration as a member and log in the receipt to get a lottery number to participate in the lucky draws.
Additionally, if one makes a purchase at the "2023 Taoyuan Shopping Festival" special store during the event, one will receive a lottery number that is twice as likely to win.
According to the director (張誠) of Taoyuan's Department of Economic Development, this year's Taoyuan Shopping Festival will feature four lottery events, with the greatest prize being an electric automobile valued at more than NT$1 million.
