Miaoli County Government's Lunar New Year Calligraphy Event

- Location: Lobby of the Miaoli County Government First Office Building
- Admission: Free Entry
The Miaoli County Government is hosting the "Golden Snake Leaps for Prosperity" Lunar New Year Calligraphy Event, inviting everyone to celebrate this blessed new year. Spring couplets, an essential symbol of the Lunar New Year, express hopes for a prosperous year ahead. During the event, attendees can exchange unified invoices from November to December 2024 and January to February 2025 for spring couplets. Supplies are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

- January 10 (Friday): 9:00 AM–11:30 AM, 2:00 PM–4:30 PM
- January 11 (Saturday): 9:00 AM–11:30 AM
Items Available for Exchange: Seven-character couplets and creative spring couplets based on invoice submissions.

Taichung City's Lunar New Year Calligraphy Event

- Location: Exhibition Hall, Taichung Harbor District Art Center
Taichung City will host a grand calligraphy event on January 11, featuring ten renowned calligraphers performing live and providing 200 spring couplets for attendees. Six stamp designs will also be available for visitors to print onto red envelopes, adding festive cheer to the celebrations.

- Admission: Numbers are distributed from 9:00 AM; calligraphy begins after opening remarks.

Calligraphy masters will perform live, offering free spring couplets to attendees while supplies last.

- Tangyuan Feast: Share symbolic tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) to represent family unity and harmony while exchanging blessings.

Magong City's "Golden Snake Welcomes Spring, Dancing for Fortune" Event

Magong City Office will host a calligraphy and spring couplet giveaway on January 11 at 9:00 AM. The event will feature live calligraphy performances by calligraphers, free spring couplets, festive kindergarten performances, and engaging parent-child DIY activities.
