According to The Straits Times, Singapore and Taiwan's digital Covid-19 test and vaccination certificates will now be acknowledged by authorities in both countries. The Singapore Trade Office in Taipei revealed it on its Facebook page on January 28.

"Singapore and Taiwan have agreed to accept and recognize each other's digital Covid-19 vaccination and test proofs. This is a move in the right direction for further relaxing of border restrictions between Singapore and Taiwan "In a Facebook post, the office stated.
Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs applauded this positive development as it symbolizes mutual confidence and is a further testament to Taipei's achievement in handling the pandemic, according to Focus Taiwan, the government-controlled news agency's English-language news website.

Individuals who have been vaccinated with vaccinations approved by the World Health Organization's emergency use list and have a Covid-19 vaccination certificate issued by Taiwan will be able to enter and move freely in Singapore.
Taiwan is now classed as Category I in Singapore, which includes areas with the lowest risk of Covid-19 transmission.

The digital certificates are available for all those who have been vaccinated or PCR-tested in Taiwan. The digital vaccine certificate can be obtained in three steps on the official website.
