With the help of 17 students and the professor (翁楊絲茜) from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, the "NTUST Kenya Service Project Team" traveled to Kenya over the summer break to advance digital education. The volunteer team taught local students how to utilize AI tools for translation, sketching, and other tasks throughout the 20-day commitment, assisting local students in developing their technological abilities.

The National Taiwan University of Science and Technology's volunteers offered classes on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), social-emotional learning, information literacy, and picture books with artificial intelligence. The group also planned extra events like folk dance performances and making bubble milk tea. This trip included cultural interactions in addition to teaching scientific and technological expertise to local pupils.

This time, the professor (翁楊絲茜) who led the volunteer team indicated that "Innovative Transnational Service Learning Courses" will be organized in the future, with the intention of recruiting 75 Kenyan high school students, 75 Taiwanese college students, and 75 Taiwanese high school students to online co-learning and cultural exchange. Education is included into national diplomacy through the the program and cultural exchanges, which raises Taiwan's profile internationally.
