Pingtung group meal caterers create "+0" for lunch, to inspire and increase the appetite of new immigrant students in rural areas!

The new semester starts on September 1. The group meal caterers that serve schools in Pingtung’s Heng Chun (屏東恆春) area often design patterns on the lunch food to surprise the school children, and they even had the Ping Tung National High School Athletics' “Pride” mascot by designer Chiang Meng-Chi (江孟芝)", blended into the white rice container through the model and the seaweed powder method. To welcome the beginning of school, the group meal caterers made a "+0" pattern that combines current events in the lunch box, which not only makes the lunch interesting, but also enhances the appetite of the school children.

Juan Chuan-Ming (阮專銘), a group meal caterer, said that in rural areas, for the low-income households, skipped generation upbringing, children of new immigrants, poor families, etc., this nutritious lunch is the best meal of the day for these children. As guardians of these children in the rural areas, the nutritious lunch is not only part of school life, but also part of education. It must be delicious as well as beautiful. The group meal catering industry is also for the education of the food farmers.

In addition, the group meal caterers often like to design creative patterns in their lunch meals and surprise the children before meals. On the eve of Mother's Day, they paired the "Heart Flower" Seaweed Rice with the 2020 Ping Tung National High School Athletics’ “Pride” mascot’s image on the meal.
