The Awards evaluated 14,195 goods from throughout the world, of which 4,088 received one star, 1,568 received two stars, and only 248 received the top three-star taste rating, according to the data. In addition to receiving this accolade, the Taiwanese soy sauce also received the Golden Fork Award, the highest level available to just 25 places worldwide.
Silvija Davidson, a culinary critic and jury chairperson, stated that she adores soy sauce and that the tea bean soy sauce (茶姬醬油) in this competition provided an experience unlike any other. You can feel the thick layers just by inhaling the smell. When you taste it, the salty and sweet flavors suddenly switch, shocking you even more. According to her, people may drink it straight up because of its high quality and delectable flavor. Davidson said that she also hoped to introduce it to the UK.
