The NIA Taichung First Service Center invited newlyweds to participate in the course, and invited Ms. Zhong Ding-hui(鍾丁慧), a lecturer on multiculturalism, and Ms. Cui Jun-ge(崔俊歌), the winner of the new immigrant female entrepreneurship program(女性創業加速器), to share their experience of living in Taiwan and their entrepreneurial experience. During the event, Teacher Cui also brought the earrings DIY to participants.

Ms. Zhong Ding-hui(鍾丁慧), an Indonesian, who has been married to Taiwan for about 20 years. When she initially came in Taiwan, she frequently experienced culture shock and felt apprehensive. With the support of her family, Ding attended multicultural talent training program for new immigrants, and obtained the qualification of multicultural lecturer. She stated that she hoped to help everyone comprehend the distinctive cultural elements of Indonesia and that she looked forward to inspiring new immigrants to engage in family education programs to learn about other cultures and new information.

Cui Jun-ge(崔俊歌), a native of Henan in mainland China, demonstrates the timeless beauty of handicrafts by using the needlework skills his mother taught her. She arrived in Taiwan to care for her ailing mother-in-law after being married in Henan. The market of Taiching served as her source of entrepreneurial inspiration. She used her knowledge with e-commerce to create a business after taking the new immigrant female entrepreneurship program(女性創業加速器). The store (一歌屋) is open right now in Taichung. Cui praised her spouse for supporting her and assisting her in achieving her goals. Cui also prepared DIY materials for earrings and encouraged the new immigrant couples to design unique earrings and pendants for each other.

The director (王驥) of the service center, said that new immigrants have many potentials for development in Taiwan. In order to encourage new immigrants and their children to study in Taiwan, National Immigration Agency currently provides the "School year 111 New Immigrants and their Children’s Development and Scholarship (Incentive) Program." The program has been launched, those who meet the qualifications can apply as soon as possible. In addition, the "Expanded Overstayers Voluntary Departure Program" is currently being implemented, calling on foreigners who overstay (reside) to seize the opportunity to self-report.
