The publication "Hello Taitung" comes out twice a year. The east coast is ideal for riding, according to Simon William Foster, the issue's editor-in-chief. He recently visited Thailand, Sri Lanka, Japan, Taiwan, and other countries in Asia, and he ultimately decided to stay in Taitung since, in his opinion, the city is well suited for both sports and tourism.

Jennie Miller from the United States is featured on the cover of this edition of "Hello Taitung." She has a deep interest for both free diving and art. She considers Orchid Island to be Taitung's most picturesque and ideal diving location. Martin Fogle, who was born and raised in Germany, also revealed his life experiences before deciding to make “Torik” (Duli) his home and start a career as a water sports instructor there. Additionally, Japanese native (菅田健二) has extensive experience cycling all throughout Taiwan's island. Finally, he decided to go to Taitung because of its physical surroundings and loved riding bicycles on the city's flat land and mountain routes.

The "International Development And Planning Department" and "Hello Taitung" Facebook will publish requests for the "Hello Taitung" special edition and information about associated events, according to the Taitung County Government. This publication is available for reading on the "E-book Platform" as well.
