The New Immigrants Learning Center of Kinmen Kincheng Junior High School is committed to assisting new immigrants. Recently, the second round of Technician Examination in 2021 was held nationwide. A total of 20 Kinmen new immigrants signed up. With the assistance of the New Immigrants Learning Center, all candidates completed the exam successfully.
According to the Kinmen Daily News, there are 49 applicants for Level C technician for beauty and among them, 20 are new immigrants from Vietnam, Indonesia and China. The New Immigrants Learning Center assists them in preparing for professional and technical examinations, and provides assistance related to the examinations at the same time.

The National Technician Examination holds 3 rounds of examinations per year. There are 15 occupational categories such as information, catering, food, beauty, hairdressing, apparel, and agriculture.
Xu Wei Min, principal of Kinmen Junior High School, said that the New Immigrants Learning Center encourages new immigrants to try more, and the Learning Center will provide relevant assistance to help them to be in s better position of choice for job seeking.
