Three off-campus English language instruction sessions are scheduled to take place in December at the Tamsui Historical Museum of New Taipei City. Additionally, free applications will be available to educational institutions at all levels across the nation, giving students who are interested in foreign languages a variety of options and enabling international exchange students to participate.

Nearly 2,200 schoolchildren have benefited from off-campus teaching services, according to Tamsui Historical Museum, which has also partnered with National Taiwan Normal University to bring in exchange students from non-English departments like Japan, Spain, Ukraine, Italy, and the Czech Republic to experience the sessions.
