The number of migrant workers in Tainan has reached more than 60,000. This year, the Bureau of Labor Affairs organized "Foreign Management Personnel Law Promotion and Observation Meetings", inviting migrant labor management personnel from public institutions and intermediary companies to participate. The courses include psychological counseling and communication skills, Anti-epidemic measures, etc., expecting to improve the ability and quality of dealing with migrant workers.

According to the Bureau of Labor Affairs, lecturers from different fields were invited to give lectures in this activity and observation meeting, hoping to let managers have a more comprehensive understanding of the skills of dealing with immigration-related matters.

Wu, Ming-Xiu(吳明修), head of the Tainan Special Service Team of NIA, talked about the "Human Trafficking Advocacy" course, combining practical experience and sharing cases to make managing staff more aware of legal regulations.

Director of the Bureau of Labor Affairs Wang, Xin-Ji(王鑫基) appreciated public institutions, intermediary companies that serve migrant workers, and the Labor Bureau for their cooperation and assistance. He hoped that through the observation session, managing staff would gain awareness of the latest laws and regulations and acquire high-quality communication skills, which would also allow the labor, management and government to have a better understanding and interaction.
