Anna, a new immigrant from France, frequently makes videos to share the cultural contrasts between her family in Taiwan and France as well as her experiences there. Anna just brought her family to Hualien and Taitung for excursion. The East Rift Valley's farmlands are what Anna's parents are most curious about. Later, Anna learned that not all fruits are grown on trees in France with her mother.

There are several farmlands near the East Rift Valley, according to Anna's mother, who enjoys eating Taiwanese fruits a lot. There are a lot of orchards in addition to the rice fields, which distorts Anna’s mother perception. They recognized it was a vast pineapple field when they passed a large field that resembled cacti. Both Anna and her mother claimed that they had always believed that pineapples grew on trees. This time, they visited the East Rift Valley and found that prickly thorn plants are the source of pineapple growth.

The thing that made Anna and her family the happiest throughout the trip was that many farmers would sell their own unique agricultural goods, such watermelon, pineapple, custard apple, etc. directly on the roadside along the East Rift Valley. The farmer kindly chopped the fruit into bite-sized pieces for Anna and her family to sample, which delighted Anna's mother who enjoys eating fruit.
