The New Year’s Eve countdown event will take place along the Chao Phraya River at ICONSIAM from December 29 to 31. The highlight is the "Sticky Rice Fireworks Show," designed by a renowned Japanese fireworks master. Made using sticky rice, the fireworks incorporate fan, waterfall, and chrysanthemum shapes. Not only are they visually spectacular, but they also reduce carbon dioxide and toxic smoke emissions, combining environmental consciousness with artistry.

Following this, the "Bangkok Light Festival" will run until January 5, 2025, as another major attraction. This year, the festival features the hugely popular internet star "Jumping Pig Moo Deng." Benchasiri Park: A picnic party themed around the Jumping Pig for a unique outdoor experience.
Khlong Phadung Krung Kasem: Display of giant illuminated eggs.
Nimibutr Sports Center: Energetic parties create an ultimate year-end carnival vibe.

From the cultural and technological marvel of the "Sticky Rice Fireworks Show" to the whimsical light adventures led by the Jumping Pig, Bangkok is ready to welcome the new year with dual charm. For those eager to experience this grand celebration, now is the perfect time to plan your trip and join the year-end extravaganza in Bangkok.
