As Vietnamese is Fan’s mother language, she served as staff in human resources recruitment agency and assisted the fellow Vietnamese residing in Taiwan.

Since young, she had a dream of setting up a food stall and she realized it. Although starting a business is challenging, she still wants to introduce Vietnamese cultures and gourmet food to more people through dishes available in her stall. Therefore, she started running a restaurant located in Xuefu Road, Hsinchu City in 2020.

The signature dish of the food stall is “Bun Cha Phumy (烤肉米線)”. The taste of it is fresh and appetizing, and the flavor has been adjusted according to the customer’s feedback. Fan feels touched that her friends visited the food stall during the pandemic, and this motivates her to continue the business.

Besides, Fan also attaches great importance to her child's education and often spends quality time with him. In school, his son introduces Vietnamese culture to her classmates and tells everyone her mom is from Vietnam proudly. During holidays, he is also a little helper at the food stall.
