To improve practical experience and abilities in a global workplace, make use of their language advantage.

Even though the international workplace experience has been suspended due to the epidemic in the past 3 years, the K-12 Education Administration has adopted an alternative plan to lead students to companies that have established companies and factories in Taiwan and Southeast Asia and invite industry teachers to introduce the workplace environment in Southeast Asia.

According to the K12EA, children of new immigrants can benefit from future career development activities in addition to having their mother tongue learning motivation and multicultural practical experience deepened through participation in the program. It is anticipated that the offspring of new immigrants would serve as a link between Taiwan and the nations of Southeast Asia.
