Hong Kong’s most anticipated “Wine and Dine Festival” is back in full swing! Recently, more than 300 wine and food stalls gathered at the Central Waterfront Event Space, with the bright night of Victoria Harbor as the background, interweaving into a double feast for taste buds and vision. This year’s Hong Kong Wine and Food Tour, why not try three authentic wineries, ranging from sweet mead, fragrant gin to craft beer, allowing you to taste the flavors of Hong Kong from the tip of your tongue.

Sweet and refreshing fragrance: Rizhao Night Mist handmade mead

"Rizhao Yewu", which specializes in capturing honey sources in Hong Kong, brews mead in small batches to ensure that each bottle is full of fine bubbles from natural fermentation. This year, we particularly recommend two popular products: "Youth" and "Wizard of Oz": the former green mead has a fresh fruity aroma and sweet taste, reminiscent of the light and intoxicating Moscato; while the "Wizard of Oz" The aroma of jasmine green tea and honey blends gently, as if injecting a little wine aroma into the honey green tea, which is both comfortable and unique. These wines are not only sold in self-operated bars in Tsim Sha Tsui, but can also be found in some bars, restaurants and online stores in Hong Kong, allowing you to feel the sweet smell of honey at any time.Hong Kong's local handmade mead brand "Rizhao Night Mist" celebrates its third anniversary. Rich tea aroma: Nameless Gin

Hong Kong's local brand "Anonymous Gin" takes authentic ingredients as its core and brings two unforgettable tea-flavored wines: "Phoenix Single" and "Da Hong Pao". These tea-flavored gins are suitable for drinking alone or can be mixed into rich cocktails. "Phoenix Single" uses magnolia fragrance, grapefruit peel and ginger, and the warm floral and fruity aroma blooms in the mouth, with an aftertaste of peach and tropical fruits; "Dahongpao" uses satsuma mandarin and coriander seeds, with a hint of lemon in the tropical fruity aroma. It has a refreshing fragrance with orange, and the aftertaste is sweet and long. Cat lovers who love strong flavors must not miss this creative wine inspired by "cat grass"!

Tropical Flavor: Smith Beer

"History Beer" is the first choice among local craft beer lovers in Hong Kong. It is famous for its rich taste, and the tropical flavor of its products is unforgettable. "Pineapple Express" is particularly recommended. This beer has a passionate pineapple aroma. The warm citrus flavor slowly releases after entering the mouth. Finally, the cream aroma dances on the tip of the tongue, making people feel like they are in Nanyang. This beer is a hot seller in Hong Kong’s bars and restaurants and can be easily found in major supermarkets. The "Phoenix Single" and "Dahongpao" with strong tea aroma are suitable with French fries and other appetizers.
