Huang shared with readers that she tried In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) more than ten times before as she really wanted to have her own children. This experience is also an unforgettable and difficult one for her. However, when she saw the birth of two precious daughters, it was all worth the pain.

Unfortunately, Huang’s body was overwhelmingly exhausted, and this led to cancer. While facing ill health, she juggled between spending quality time with her children and having medical treatment. It was hoped that her children could learn to be more independent.

Huang encouraged those facing similar challenges by saying, “Love yourself, be brave, make good use of Taiwan's social and medical resources, de-stress through exercising, and face everything with optimism and positivity!” Besides, Huang also joined Foreign Spouse Care Association, Hsinchu City to rebuild and restore her health by dancing and meeting immigrant friends.

Now, she is operating a food stall “Chongqing Spicy Stinky Tofu” and made friends from all walks of life as an entrepreneur. The food stall has also become a venue for gatherings of immigrants in Taiwan.
