Irish rock band Kodaline performed in Taiwan once more after 2019. Lead vocalist Steve particularly mentioned in an interview that he had returned to Taiwan after a long absence and had seen that the performance stage had grown. He said that his efforts had a positive impact. Being seen, they were deeply moved and vowed to put in a lot of effort to produce a new album the next year. The band members also sampled grapefruit, pineapple cake, and pearl milk tea.

Lead vocalist Steve and drummer Vinny also sampled pearl milk tea, pineapple pastries, and the seasonal Mid-Autumn fruit pomelo before the concert began. The pearls of milk tea were incredibly chewy, according to drummer Vinny. Pineapple cake, according to the band's lead vocalist Steve, is a flavor he has never had before and has since grown to love.

When they were sightseeing in Taipei, they said that Ireland is constantly chilly and wet, and they are not accustomed to the climate in Taiwan, but they also noted that the city is lovely and has a very laid-back atmosphere.
