The Tainan City Government (台南市政府) announced that the "General Roar Music Festival" (將軍吼音樂節) that was postponed due to the COVID-19 epidemic, will be held at the Jiang Jun Fish Harbor in Tainan City (台南市將軍漁港) for two consecutive days starting from October 23. It will be based on an online registration system and 3,500 people can enter the venue for each show. In addition, the music festival venue is beside the beautiful sea that attracts music fans every year as they enjoy the comfortable sea breeze and the amazing high-altitude fireworks together with the singers.

This year’s General Roar Music Festival is scheduled to debut on October 23 and 24. It will be scheduled from 5 pm to 8 pm. Famous singers and groups including Nine One One, Waa Wei, Gboyswag, Julia Wu, Andrew Tan, Janice Yan, etc. will perform. On the 24th, there will be a more than 6 minutes of amazing fireworks show as the finale.
