As outdoor leisure activities gradually become a popular travel trend, the Tainan City Government Tourism Bureau is actively promoting camping-related events. By the end of this year, a series of camping promotional activities will be launched, inviting people from across the nation to experience the natural beauty and exotic landscapes of Deyuanpi Holland Village in Tainan’s Liuying District.
Mayor Huang Wei-Che stated that Tainan is a city rich in natural resources and diverse culture, suitable for all types of travelers. Promoting camping tourism not only provides more options for the public but also demonstrates Tainan's potential in leisure tourism. This autumn and winter, whether you’re a camping novice or a seasoned camper, Tainan will be an unmissable travel destination.
Tainan offers 12 legally certified camping sites with a capacity of around 1,000 tent spaces. Each campsite boasts its unique features, from the windmill views at Deyuanpi Holland Village to the scenic lake ecology at Hutoupi Scenic Area. These diverse themes and attractions provide campers with surprises and uniqueness every time. Outdoor enthusiasts are encouraged to explore and enjoy the distinct accommodations each campsite offers.
